问题

45° 眼底彩照 AI 分析通常不是“调一个同步接口”就能完成：需要把 JPEG/PNG/DICOM 图片转成纯 Base64，按左右眼生成 images[].descPosition，使用自生成 studyId 上传，再轮询异步结果，并从 glaucomaResultList、multipleDiseasesResultList 里筛选 status = 200 的有效项。它还需要处理异步状态码、报告链接提取和跨字段的眼别编码差异。

工作方式

该 Skill 封装腾讯健康觅影眼底 AI 服务的 HTTP 流程：

上传检查：调用 studyupload/v2/{appId}，固定 studyName、studyType=2，至少 1 张、最多 20 张图片；
鉴权：请求头携带 appId、timestamp，并按 HMAC-SHA256(token, appId + timestamp) 生成 signature；
轮询结果：调用 queryEyeAIResult/{appId}，默认 aiType=0 覆盖青光眼与多病种，needReport=1 返回 PDF 报告；轮询时以 10 秒间隔等待，code=30008 表示任务处理中，code=0 且 data 非空时才算成功；
结构化输出：按 ✅/⚠️/❓ 标记正常、异常、未知，提取 reportUrl 并生成诊断小结。

边界与注意

左右眼编码在不同字段中不一致：上传 descPosition 为 1=左眼, 2=右眼，结果 eyeCategory 为 0=左眼, 1=右眼。文件名含 OD、_R、right 会优先识别为右眼；OS、_L、left 会识别为左眼，无法判断时传未知。Base64 不要带 data:image/...;base64, 前缀；单文件建议 ≤5MB；上传超时可设 60 秒，查询 30 秒；每次 studyId 需唯一。适合需要把眼底彩照接入工程流程、异步任务状态管理和结果格式化的场景。试用凭证调用次数和并发有限，正式使用需另行联系。
